Email service disruption
The issues affecting email messages sent to Cumberland Council have now been resolved, and we are receiving emails as normal.
If your bins or containers are lost or stolen, or you have moved into a property without any, you can order new or replacement bins and containers. You can also report if your bin is damaged.
If your bins, bags or box are lost or damaged, or if you have moved house and there are no bins or containers at the property, you can request a replacement.
If you have moved into a new build property, or your property has been newly converted into a residential property, you can request new bins and containers.
If your bin has a damaged lid or wheels, you can request a bin repair. If your bin is unrepairable (split or burnt), you will need to request a replacement.
You can request a larger bin if you meet certain criteria.

Please put your street name and number or house name on your property’s bin.
After the bin or container has been emptied, please bring them in from the kerbside as soon as possible to reduce the risk of them being misplaced or stolen.
