• Housing (Empty and underused residential and business properties; Affordable residential and business rents; Working in partnership with Registered Social Landlords)
• Community facilities and support (Supporting community facilities; Supporting access to health and wellbeing; Strengthening communication)
• City and town centres (Supporting community facilities, activities, and events; Public realm; Accessibility and connectivity)
