Forecast: Dry and partly cloudy this afternoon. Dry with clear periods overnight through much of the night allowing RSTs to fall below zero, although fog and some low cloud could develop later. Dry but rather cloudy tomorrow morning.

Confidence is reduced due to the uncertainty surrounding any cloud cover/the development of any fog overnight which will impact RST minima.
