Communication at the heart
Our team is deeply committed to person-centred care. We communicate with each individual in their preferred way and continuously adapt our timetable to reflect their evolving interests and goals. We proudly collaborate with national charities to promote inclusive communication, ensuring everyone has a voice.
Outreach support
Our outreach service provides personalised, one-to-one support within the local community. We work closely with partner organisations to help individuals access community resources and take part in activities that matter to them. Whether it's a walk in the park or a trip to the theatre, we make sure every experience is meaningful and empowering - promoting independence and choice.
We're committed to helping people live life on their own terms. Through respectful communication and tailored support, we encourage independence, build confidence, and support decision-making - helping each person reach their full potential.
Community-based activities include:
Watchtree Wheelers and adapted cycling
swimming
dance and exercise classes
cinema and theatre trips
local walks and outings
Supported employment - pathways to work
Our supported employment services support individuals with learning disabilities in finding and thriving in work placements, whether paid or voluntary.
