Company background
Cherubim Healthcare Ltd was established in May 2023 as a care recruitment service, specializing in supplying skilled staff to care homes and supported living placements. This foundation allowed us to build strong relationships within the care sector and develop an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by care providers.
In September 2024, we expanded our scope by becoming registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This pivotal milestone enabled us to directly provide care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in everything we do. Since then, we have proudly supported five privately-funded service users in Northumberland, delivering personalized care tailored to their individual needs.
The company is built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and professionalism. Our ethos revolves around placing service users at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that their dignity, preferences, and independence are respected at all times. We are committed to promoting a culture of continuous improvement, striving to exceed expectations in both the quality of care delivered and the satisfaction of our clients.
The company is owned and managed by Miss Bethel Omene, a registered nurse and season health and social care manager. Her ownership of the company reflects a passion for excellence in the health and social care sector. Our leadership brings years of experience, combining expertise in care provision with a strong dedication to fostering a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
As we continue to grow, our focus remains on maintaining the highest standards of service delivery, cultivating a skilled and compassionate workforce, and building strong relationships with clients and partners in the community.
