The service is led by Miss Bethel Omene, an experienced Registered Nurse and health and social care manager with over 16 years of sector experience. Cherubim Healthcare Ltd provides flexible and responsive care services across Cumberland and surrounding areas, including support with personal care, medication, dementia, mental health, complex care, palliative care, and hospital discharge support.
The organisation has proactively worked alongside Quality Assurance Officers within Cumberland Council to strengthen governance systems, staff development, and quality assurance processes in line with current best practice and regulatory expectations.
