Director and Registered Manager: Responsible for Safeguarding in our organisation is Nadine Ndonga who has a solid educational background in nursing, starting with a Diploma in Nursing from Bamenda Military Nursing School and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. She has a BSc in Adult Nursing from Coventry University and have also pursued various certifications and training to maintain competence in nursing responsibilities, adhering to the NMC Code.

Lead Care Staff: The Lead Care Worker is responsible for supervising the care team on-site. The Lead Care Worker has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, specialising in dementia care. The Lead Care Worker plays a pivotal role in coordinating care plans and ensuring that all staff follow best practices. The lead care worker also mentors junior care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care, such as medication administration and safeguarding procedure.

Care Coordinator: The Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of care by managing care schedules and matching service users with appropriate care staff. The Care Coordinator’s qualification is an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with a focus on care planning and team coordination. The Care Coordinator plays a critical role in liaising with service users and their families to understand their specific needs, preferences, and care goals. By regularly reviewing care plans, the Care Coordinator ensures that person-centred care is delivered and that any changes in service users’ needs are addressed promptly.

Field Supervisor: The Field Supervisor is responsible for the on-the-ground supervision of care staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
