Company background
Gleamlite Services Limited is a nurse-led, values-driven homecare provider established on 8 January 2022 and began delivering regulated services in September of the same year. We are proudly owned and managed by co-founders Grace Bandawa and Romeo Bandawa—both experienced, registered healthcare professionals with over 30 years of combined expertise in the NHS and wider Health & Social Care sector.
Grace, a Registered Mental Health Nurse, also serves as the company’s Registered Manager. Romeo is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse. Their clinical backgrounds include frontline care, safeguarding, strategic leadership, and quality improvement across inpatient, community, and residential settings. Their vision for Gleamlite is clear: to deliver safe, inclusive, person-centred care with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence at its core.
What sets Gleamlite apart is our deep clinical foundation and our commitment to raising standards in homecare. Our leadership team understands the entire care journey—from hospital to home—and we bring this understanding into every care plan, every visit, and every decision.
We proudly provide CQC-regulated Personal Care services to adults aged 18 and over, including those with complex needs, mental health conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and end-of-life care requirements.

Romeo Bandawa - Company Director
Romeo Bandawa is the Founder and Strategic Director of Gleamlite Services Limited. With a strong foundation in business management and a clinical background as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Romeo brings a rare and valuable combination of operational insight and hands-on healthcare experience to the organisation.
As a senior leader with over 15 years’ experience across health and social care, Romeo is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic development, governance, regulatory compliance, and service performance. His leadership ensures that Gleamlite remains aligned with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, industry best practice, and evolving local authority expectations.
Romeo plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, values, and long-term goals. He is passionate about delivering inclusive, person-centred care and continuously seeks to improve outcomes through innovation, quality assurance, and staff development. He also leads on stakeholder engagement—building trusted relationships with commissioners, regulators, families, and community partners.
Dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence, Romeo works closely with the Registered Manager and senior team to ensure that Gleamlite remains a responsive, well-led, and forward-thinking provider. He is also actively involved in promoting social value, workforce sustainability, and digital innovation across the business.
Under his strategic guidance, Gleamlite continues to grow as a high-quality provider that is clinically informed, operationally sound, and firmly rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect.
