ECO4 Flex registered installers

ECO is ending in March 2026.

Remaining funding is extremely limited and listed installers may cease taking new applications when their funding is exhausted.

The following installers are registered to submit applications to Cumberland Council for the Ofgem ECO4 Flex scheme in the Cumberland area.

We cannot recommend an installer or endorse the quality of their workmanship.

Installers registered with us have been verified as holding the correct certifications, accreditations, and insurances.

Only registered installers can submit applications to us under the ‘ECO4 Flex’ criteria set out in our ECO4 Flex Statement of Intent (for households that are not receiving benefits).
