Adoption
Following a successful referendum on Thursday 22 February 2018, where more than 50% of voters within Dalston Parish approved of making the Dalston Parish Neighbourhood Plan part of the district development plan, the City Council can confirm that the Dalston Parish Neighbourhood Plan has now been 'made' (i.e. adopted) as official planning policy. The Dalston Neighbourhood Plan will now be used to inform planning decisions within Dalston Parish.
The Dalston Parish Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents are available to download below. Alternatively the Plan can be viewed at Carlisle City Council's offices at the Civic Centre, Carlisle, CA3 8QG or at the Carlisle Central Library in the Lanes, during normal opening hours.
