We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. At Caldew School, we take pride in the quality of our pastoral care and the supportive environment we create for our students. We are now looking to strengthen our team with someone who shares our commitment to student well-being and success.
The Pastoral Manager will play a key role in promoting students’ well-being, personal development and academic progress through high-quality pastoral support. You will work closely with students, families, teaching staff, support teams, and external agencies to build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Working under the guidance of the Head of Year, you will support students within a designated year group, helping them navigate challenges, make positive choices, and thrive both personally and academically.
If you are ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our students and making a real impact within a supportive school community, we would like to hear from you.
