Cumberland Council is currently undertaking a TRO review for Carlisle City Centre and the surrounding areas. As part of this process, seven proposals have been developed and will be subject to informal consultation from 11 February 2026 to 11 March 2026.
The purpose of this informal consultation is to gather initial comments and feedback before a formal statutory consultation takes place at a later stage. All responses, whether in support or objecting to the proposals, are valued and appreciated.
