We’ve launched our first Residents’ Survey to hear directly from the people who live in Cumberland. If your household has received a survey by post, it means you’ve been randomly selected to take part. Anyone in the household who is over 18 can complete the survey.
This is a legitimate survey being carried out by M·E·L Research Ltd, an independent research company accredited by the Market Research Society. Your responses are completely anonymous and securely handled under GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you need further support to complete the survey, residents should call M·E·L Research on the number in the letter.
You can complete the survey online using the QR code or by post using the Freepost envelope provided. Please return it by the deadline in the letter.
For every survey completed beyond the first 1,000, by M·E·L donate £1 to the Alzheimer’s Society, which is the Chair of Cumberland Council’s chosen charity.
