If you can't take your bins or boxes to the collection point due to ill health, infirmity or disability you can request an assisted collection service.
If you have an assisted collection, you do not have to move your bins to the kerbside. We will collect rubbish and recycling from outside your home from an agreed collection point.
An assisted collection can be permanent or temporary.
