Paying for your certificate

All orders must be paid for using a debit or credit card when you apply. The card must be in your name and registered to your address. Alternatively we would need to speak to the cardholder who is willing to use their card to pay for your transaction.

Never put credit or debit card details in an email. If we are unable to locate the record and issue the certificate a full refund will be made. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

We receive a lot of calls so we always recommend online as the quickest and easiest way to order. You cannot order certificates by email.
