Let us know if you have been unhappy with the actions of one of our licensed drivers.
All complaints are taken seriously and will be fully investigated.
You will need to:
- tell us what happened and when it happened
- date and time of the incident including the journey details
- provide your contact details, name and address
It is helpful if you can provide:
- the car registration number
- description of the vehicle
- taxi firm and drivers name
- drivers badge number - worn by the driver on a lanyard
- taxi licence plate number - usually located at the front or back of the vehicle
What will happen next
When we have received your complaint, you will get a response within 10 working days.
Where breaches of licensing conditions are found, action will be taken against the licence holder.
