- have a business based in Cumberland
- accept bookings by telephone or web platforms from a Cumberland address
- pass customer bookings to district licensed drivers
- only use district licensed vehicles

- a basic Disclosure and Barring Service certificate - basic DBS check on GOV.UK
- written details about your vetting procedures for staff - we must be notified of any changes to the procedure
This includes all directors and partners if an application is made in the name of:
- a limited company
- partnership
- other business structure

Your application must also include:
- your right to work in the UK - prove your right to work to an employer on GOV.UK
- two character references - provide full names and addresses
