Framework agreements and call offs
Each framework has its own rules. How you buy goods or services depends on the requirements setout in the individual framework.
Framework agreements
Framework agreements are contracts that have already been advertised and tendered by a public body so other public bodies can use them.
Common providers include:
- Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
- Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO)
- Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)
- Cumberland Council
Annual summary notices
Cumberland Council has an obligation to publish an annual summary of notices for awards made under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) during the previous financial year.

Transport DPS
Those suppliers appointed onto the Dynamic Purchasing System ‘DPS’ are invited to participate in mini competitions for their respective lot(s) as and when there are opportunities.
The document lists the outcomes of the mini competitions and the Suppliers established on the DPS for their respective Lot.
