UK men’s suicide prevention charity offering free peer‑to‑peer support groups to help men improve their mental health through open conversation.Weekly Peer‑Support Talking Groups for Men (18+). Andy’s Man Club provides free, confidential, non‑judgemental talking groups for men aged 18 and over. Groups run every Monday at 7pm (excluding bank holidays) across hundreds of UK locations. Sessions offer a familiar structure, supportive environment, and space to talk - or simply listen - about life’s challenges. Online groups are also available for those without a local meeting or who prefer remote support.
