Organisation: NSPCC
Childline is a 24/7 support service run by the NSPCC for anyone under 19 who needs help with any problem—big or small. Young people can talk about anything, including bullying, mental health worries, abuse, family issues, friendships, school stress, or feeling unsafe. Support is available through free phone calls, 1‑to‑1 online chat, email, and moderated message boards where young people can talk to others with similar experiences. Childline counsellors are trained to listen, support, and help young people find ways forward. The service is private, non‑judgmental, and completely free to contact.
