Happy Mums provides free peer‑led support groups for anyone who identifies as a mum, from pregnancy onward. Groups offer a safe, judgement‑free space to share experiences, talk honestly about mental health, and connect with others who “get it.” Sessions are run by trained staff and volunteers with lived experience of maternal mental health difficulties, and many groups are child‑friendly with helpers on hand. In‑person support is available across Cumbria, with additional online groups open to mums regardless of location.
