Hope Haven - Community mental health and wellbeing support for adults

Hope Haven provides free, welcoming, non‑judgemental mental health and wellbeing support for adults (18+) living in the Whitehaven and wider Copeland area. The service offers emotional, practical and social support, including help with confidence‑building, healthy living, housing, benefits, and connecting people with other local organisations. No referral is required, and people can drop in for immediate support or book online appointments for the Virtual Safe Haven (4pm–midnight, seven days a week).
