The Joy App is a preventative care and social prescribing platform used across the UK to help people access local activities, support services, and community groups. Approved by the NHS, it enables GP practices, social prescribers, voluntary organisations, and residents to quickly find and refer to more than 20,000 local services, tackling non‑medical needs such as isolation, financial stress, and mental health.
