The service helps people attend hospital appointments, clinics, and specialist treatments. When booking, patients are asked questions to check eligibility, including mobility needs and medical requirements, so the right type of vehicle and staff support can be provided. You will need your NHS number when booking. The service also offers dedicated booking lines for specific patients such as those receiving renal dialysis or cancer treatment.
