Safety Net UK is a free, trauma‑informed service that helps adults, children, young people, families, carers, and friends recover from the impact of sexual abuse, domestic abuse, or exploitation. They offer emotional support, counselling, advocacy, and practical guidance. Support is available no matter when the abuse happened, and includes one‑to‑one therapy, help navigating the justice system, support in schools, and services for refugees and family members. Their approach is centred around listening, empowering individuals, and helping them feel safe again.
