Organisation: Veterans Connect North

Veterans Connect North helps military veterans and their families reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and build supportive social connections. The organisation provides free social and wellbeing activities, peer support, and access to information and resources to help people adjust to civilian life, improve their mental wellbeing and feel part of a supportive community. It also supports veterans to access a wellbeing course in Cumbria designed to help participants reconnect with their sense of purpose, build confidence and strengthen connections with others.
