The Well Communities provides free, peer‑led support for adults experiencing challenges such as drug or alcohol use, mental health difficulties, homelessness or social isolation. Support is based on lived experience and helps people build confidence, stability and positive futures.

The service is for Adults (18+) living in Cumbria who need recovery or wellbeing support.

You can access the service by referring yourself, or a professional can refer you to the service. Contact the Carlisle hub for support. Other hubs are available in Morecambe, Barrow-In-Furness and Kendal.
