The following equipment can help make brushing your teeth easier and more comfortable:
- electric toothbrushes with large handles or grip aids for easier use
- toothpaste dispensers to reduce strain on hands
- mouth rinse cups with handles for better control
Washing hair
The following equipment can help make washing your hair safer and easier:
- long-handled combs and brushes for easier reach
- shampoo caps (no-rinse) for people who find washing hair in the shower difficult
- shower chairs and handheld shower heads for safe and comfortable washing
Washing your body

- bath boards and shower seats for stability while washing
- non-slip mats and grab rails to prevent falls in the bathroom
