“We have been using Lakeland Care and Support Services Ltd to assist our elderly mum who has Alzheimer's. Lakeland come in each evening to put her to bed. At first I was reluctant to use a care company as was worried that different carers would be coming in to see mum and she might become agitated and confused. I needn't have worried, it's the same pool of carers coming in on a regular basis and know her routine. All the carers are lovely and treat mum with respect and dignity. The managers and admin team have also been very supportive and have ensured care has been available for mum when requested at short notice, which again has been greatly appreciated.”
