Log4Health Ltd is a person-centred domiciliary care provider operating in the North East surrounding areas. It was started in 2019 as a Health and Social care consultancy company. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality, and empowering home care that enables individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and a fulfilling quality of life in their own homes.
We are led by a Registered Manager (Idah Dodzo), a qualified Social Worker with extensive experience in safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and a Care Manager with over seven years’ experience in both frontline and strategic roles within the health and social care sector. Together, we bring a unique blend of clinical oversight, care coordination expertise, and operational leadership that underpins our robust governance and service quality.
