Company background
It is the objective of P and S Care Limited to provide personal care/support to all Young People to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice, and that this may be witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in their Home.
It is the objective of the P and S Care Limited that Young People shall live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment, and be treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities. Staff will be responsive to the individual needs of Young People and will provide the appropriate degree of care to assure the highest possible quality of life within their Home.
To meet these Young Person needs the Care Service within their Home is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- to deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain each young person's overall quality of life
- to provide a short-term of intervention aimed at the inclusion of children and young people within the education system and the wider community
- to provide a service which is responsive to the specific needs of everyone that we support
- to set up goals and outcomes
- to give each of the young people a voice
- to build a positive relationship
Staff
The Company Manager is Rosemary Matabire. Rosemary is an experienced social worker who is responsible for managing the services day to day activity. The Responsible individual/Registered Manager is Rosemary Matabire who is the Company Director and has 15 years’ experience within care setting, covering all aspects of care work; adults with disability and mental health, social worker, and policies & procedures. Rosemary has several years’ experience within the residential care homes, supported living with adults with disability and mental health. Rosemary has worked with different Local Authorities with Child in Need, Child Protection, Proceedings – Public Law Outline, Special Guardianship Orders.
