What can people expect
- To get help from a food bank, you need an electronic voucher. Agencies such as Citizens Advice, health practitioners, social prescribers and other community workers can issue one.
- We give nutritionally balanced food and support to people experiencing emotional or financial crisis.

If you’re in financial crisis, call the Citizens Advice Help Through Hardship helpline on 0808 208 2138. If appropriate, they’ll help you access an emergency food parcel.
