Opening times

Customer Services are moving into Wigton Library. We’re introducing small changes to our opening hours over the next 2 weeks.

Monday: 9:30am to 5pm

Tuesday: 9:30am to 5pm

Wednesday: 9:30am to 2pm

Thursday: 9:30pm to 5pm

Friday: 9:30am to 5pm (From 17 April, 9:30am to 12pm)

Saturday: 10am to 12pm

Sunday: Closed

Closed on bank holidays

How to get here

The library is in the town centre on the high street.

Parking in the vicinity is strictly limited. There is no nearby street parking but there are numerous car parks around the town.    

Hourly bus service between Wigton and Carlisle. Bus stop 300 yards from library. Trains to Carlisle and Barrow and all stops in between.
