Renewing your library membership

Your library membership will need to be renewed every 3 years.

How it works

You will be reminded by email to renew your membership before it expires.

If you have not provided an email address you will:

  • get an alert on your online account
  • be prompted when using a self-issue machine
  • be alerted by library staff

To renew your membership, you will need to confirm your personal details are correct by contacting your local library or emailing us.

If you do not contact us your membership will automatically expire.

If there are changes

If you're details have changed, you will need to provide identification such as a passport or utility bill.

You can check your personal details in your online library account.
