Cumberland Council will be carrying out essential carriageway resurfacing works on the B5344 Holmrook Hill, with work set to begin on Monday 16 February 2026. The programme is expected to last up to seven days, subject to weather and site conditions.

To ensure the works can be completed safely and efficiently, a full road closure will be in place for the duration of the resurfacing. A location plan has been provided to residents.

Access Arrangements
