Marketing And Admissions Officer<br/><br/>Full time (37.5 hours p/w) Term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)<br/><br/>Cockermouth School Academy is a high performing truly comprehensive school located in a beautiful part of the country on the edge of the Lake District National Park and is in the heart of its community.<br/><br/>We are welcoming applications for a Marketing and Admissions Officer to join our highly successful organisation. We require someone who is creative dedicated and conscientious. You will lead the school’s marketing work and be responsible for ensuring that our external communications are of the highest quality. You will be required to support the preparation and delivery of a number of high-profile school events. You will also lead the school’s admission process; ensuring that statutory policies and processes are adhered to and that students are supported so they can transition successfully into our school.<br/><br/>Prior experience of marketing and school admissions processes are desirable but not essential. However it is important that candidates are driven to further develop the image and content that we have created alongside having the organisational skills that will allow them to successfully oversee the admissions process and an appreciation of the knowledge/skills needed to ensure positive impact of this role for our school. <br/><br/>Cockermouth School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and well-being of students engages with young people and staff on policy and practice developments proactively encourages feedback and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.<br/><br/>Cockermouth School is a Safeguarding School.
