NJC Scale 6 £29,269 - £31,364 per annum pro rata (actual salary £26,229 - £28,106 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint a professional, highly motivated and organised SEND Support Officer.

This is a new opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and visionary individual to work closely with and to support the work of the SENDCo and the provision of SEND at St Benedict’s Catholic High School. We are looking for a candidate who has drive, passion and the ability to work flexibly.  The successful candidate will work with the SENDCo to promote an inclusive curriculum and ensure that all SEND pupils have appropriate and effective support. 

St Benedict’s School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its students. All applicants are subject to the requirements of the Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines. This will include checks with past employers and the need for the successful applicant to hold or undergo a suitable enhanced DBS disclosure. This is a full time post 37 hours per week term time only (46.6 weeks).
