Fixed Term Teaching Assistant EYFS nursery 35 hours per week over 5 days until July 2025
PCD 5 £25,183 per annum, pro rata, term time £13.05 per hour

The Governors of Jericho Primary School are seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant. You must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and a Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
A working understanding of effective teaching and learning is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how children learn. You will support the teacher in the delivery of the Early Years Curriculum to our Early Years pupils, working in partnership with parents, teachers and the school to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
You must be able to:

• Has a good understanding of child development and learning
• Be able to work alongside the class teacher, to deliver engaging and challenging learning activities that support the development of our children.

• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom
