Required to start as soon as possible, to supervise and assist children during the lunch break.   

Midday Supervisors required at St Herbert’s (2 posts)
PCD3 £24,027 - £24,404 per annum pro rata ,   plus the the UK Living Wage Supplement 

Post 1 - Permanent post – working each weekday, during school term-time, from 11:50am – 1:05pm (6.25 hours per week).
Post 2 - Fixed-term post until October 2025, as part of maternity cover arrangements – to work on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:50am – 1:05pm (2.5 hours per week), during school term-time.  

We would also welcome applications to work as a midday supervisor on an ad-hoc supply basis, to cover short-term absence. 

We are looking for applicants who:
∙    have the ability to relate well to children of primary school age;
∙    are willing to undertake learning and development as required;
∙    have high expectations of pupils' behaviour and a commitment to high standards;
∙    are flexible, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of the larger midday team.  

No experience required, as full training will be provided, however experience of working with primary aged children and awareness of practices and procedures within education relating to the welfare and safety of pupils would be an advantage.
