Deputy Headteacher

Permanent full time deputy headteacher 
Salary Range: L1 – L5 (£49781 - £54939)

Newlaithes Nursery & Infant School is a successful two-form entry infant school with a friendly, vibrant school community. Following the promotion of our current deputy to headteacher, the governors would like to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner, with successful leadership experience, to join their dedicated team as deputy headteacher from September 2025.

•    has evidence of successful implementation of school improvement;
•    is committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils and staff;
•    can think creatively and strategically to bring about positive, fun learning experiences for children.
•    is able to communicate effectively and has excellent interpersonal skills;
•    has proven experience with pupils with SEND.
