Site Manager (Permanent)

Required as soon as possible.

15 Hours per week ,  term time only  (+ extra hours during school holidays or when needed)
Hours of working 6am – 9am (negotionable)

We are seeking to appoint a practical, well-motivated person to:
· be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, good repair and security of the building and grounds to ensure a clean and safe working environment for pupils, staff & visitors to school;
· maintain school compliance with the requirements of Health and Safety at Work regulations;
· ensure that the inside and outside environments are maintained to a high standard;
· be committed to the school’s ethos which puts child safety and wellbeing at the centre of all it does.

You will be someone who:
· has demonstrated reliability and integrity in previous employment;
· is hard-working, enthusiastic, flexible, efficient, with attention to detail;
· is able to work well using own initiative and as a team member;
· has experience relevant to the role;
