Frizington Nursery School & Preschool are looking to employ a permanent Childcare Practitioner & Keyworker who is friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage and giving every child the best start to their Early Years education. It is an exciting time at Frizington Nursery school as we continue to grow and expand our school. This post will require you to work in one of our Preschool Classrooms 0-3 and be a keyworker. 

PCD5 £25,183 pro rota, Full Year Position. 25hrs per week, overtime will be available, however we will consider applications for part-time hours 16+. This position is for an immediate start or as soon as possible.

The suitable candidate must have:
•    NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or nearly at completion) 
•    GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
The successful candidate must also be able to:
•    Work constructively as part of a team
•    Liaise effectively with staff and parents
•    Promote inclusion of all pupils within the Early Years classrooms
•    Show initiative and hold high expectations for pupils
•    Display a professional attitude at all times and desire to continue their professional development
•    Demonstrate their experience of working in the Early Years Foundation Stage
•    Have excellent communication skills
