Principal Site Technician

Band D, Point 1 To 3 £27,711 To £28,624 FTE
37 Hours Per Week, Full Year

To provide technical maintenance support and be responsible for the effective supervision, security and operation of the premises.

The successful candidate will: 
•    Be responsible for the security of the premise and be a key holder 
•    May be required to attend site to provide access as required on weekends
•    Carry out general handy person duties
•    Supervise the premises when in operation, and be the capacity of the Designated Fire Officer in the absence of senior members of staff
•    To act as cover for the Deputy Facilities Manager as and when required
