Administrative Assistant
35 hours per week, 8:30-4:00pm Term time - 44.6 weeks

We are seeking a caring, organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
As a vital member of our school community, you’ll ensure that visitors, parents and pupils receive a warm welcome that reflects our Catholic ethos of kindness, respect and service. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the Co-Headteachers, Office Manager, staff and governors, helping our school run efficiently and with care.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and telephone enquiries.
• Manage correspondence, records and school communications with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support school events
• Assist with financial tasks, including orders, payments and petty cash.
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
About You
• Supportive of the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Friendly, approachable and committed to teamwork.
• Experience in a school office and knowledge of Arbor would be an advantage.
• Willingness to train in First Aid and safeguarding.
