1:1 Teaching Assistant
Temporary Named Child Contract
25 hours per week (9am–3pm, Monday–Friday, Term Time Only)
FTE Salary: £25,989 (pro rata)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a named child with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference within our warm and inclusive school community.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is caring, patient and proactive
• Has experience working with children with additional needs
• Understands communication difficulties and sensory/regulation needs
• Has high expectations of learning and behaviour
• Works well as part of a team
• Holds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

You will work closely with the Class Teacher and SENDCo to provide personalised support, promote independence and ensure the child can fully access learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Although this is a temporary named child contract, there may be potential for future extension subject to funding.
