Permanent, Part Time School Cleaner (Job Share)
 

HOURS: 30 hours per month, job sharing working 3.15pm-6.15pm 3 days / 2 days alternate weeks (term time) + 4 weeks during school holidays (Annual Leave based on continuous years’ service)  Additional hours may be available to cover staff absences.

OP3  £25,949 FTE, which includes a non-contractual pay supplement to increase to the UK Living Wage of £13.45 per hour.

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, energetic Cleaner to join our hard working team.  We are looking for someone, preferably with cleaning experience, who can help to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout school. The start date is 13 April 2026 or as soon as possible.

The candidate needs to:
•    Be reliable, trustworthy, be aware of safeguarding and confidentiality
•    Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
•    Have an awareness of COSHH regulations
•    Have an awareness and understanding of health and safety procedures
•    Be willing to undertake any relevant training and development as required
•    Be able to communicate with other adults and pupils
