Salary: MPS – UPR + SEN Allowance (£2,679) 
Hours: Full-time

The local governing body of Ellenborough Academy are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to lead our Specialist Resourced Provision (RP). This role is an exciting opportunity to develop, manage, and enhance a high-quality RP, supporting children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Communication & Interaction needs to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As the Specialist Resourced Provision Lead, you will:
•    Provide strategic and operational leadership for the RP.
•    Support the school SENCO and lead staff in delivering outstanding teaching and interventions.
•    Develop inclusive practice across the school and contribute to trust-wide SEND expertise.
•    Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
•    Experienced in teaching pupils with SEND and ASC.
•    Skilled in leading or managing a specialist provision.
•    Committed to inclusion, pupil progress, and staff development.
•    Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions focused.
