The Governing Body of St Bede’s RCP School are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational teacher to join our welcoming Catholic primary school as a Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is enthusiastic about nurturing children academically, spiritually, and emotionally within a faith-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress effectively
• Promote high standards of behaviour and respect
• Contribute to the Catholic ethos of the school, including participation in collective worship and school events
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

The ideal Candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Lower KS2)
• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school (practising Catholic preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Be creative, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
• Have high expectations for all pupils
