We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and committed Head of Design and Technology/Art to join our lively community school.  

The post-holder will lead the department in the teaching of Design and Technology within the school, including developing the staff, shaping departmental policy and progressing the curriculum. The successful candidate will have the ability to engage and motivate students, promote Design and Technology within the school and act as a positive role model.  

The ability to lead a departmental team with professionalism and a sense of humour are essential factors.  Millom School also offers opportunities for its staff to take part in professional and career development.
