We are looking for a candidate who can:

•    Work closely with staff to promote inclusive, high-quality teaching
•    Monitor pupil progress and ensure strong outcomes for children with SEND
•    Liaise effectively with families, external agencies, and professionals
•    Lead staff training and support colleagues to develop excellent practice
•    Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND
•    Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
•    Manage and deploy teaching assistants effectively within both mainstream and provision settings
•    A collaborative approach and passion for improving outcomes for all learners
What We Offer

•    A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team
•    Experienced, passionate teaching staff who aim for the best outcome for every child.
•    Committed support staff, who give their best for every child
•    Opportunities for professional development
•    A welcoming school where everyone feels happy to work and learn.
•    A school where staff morale is high
•    A Governing Body who provides effective support and challenge
•    A Platinum OPAL school

We strongly encourage visits to the school, as this is the best way to gain a first-hand understanding of our ethos, provision-based approach, and collaborative working culture. If you require any additional information regarding the post, please email [email protected]
