The Governing Body of St James’ Junior School are looking to appoint a professional, hardworking, and flexible administrator, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and computing skills.
Candidates should be keen to support the efficient running of the school, prioritising the welfare and safeguarding of our pupils.

BS6 Salary: £26,403 - £26,824 (pro rata £9,181-£9,327) Term time only (38 weeks + 1 week).
15 hours per week,
The successful candidate should have the following qualities:
• Experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally school setting,
• Experience of all aspects of administration, ideally with a relevant NVQ or equivalent qualification,
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and a willingness to nurture effective working relationships,
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Be child-centred and nurturing, and understand that the children and families are at the heart of St James’.
